S&T brand becomes Axians in 10 countries

VINCI Energies successfully closed the acquisition of a significant part of the IT services business of Kontron AG (formerly S&T AG) on December 29th 2022.
Today, S&T in Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro has been rebranded to Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies. Now, these countries appear under a consistent Axians corporate identity and rebranded company names. The rebranding of S&T in Germany is scheduled for November 15th, 2023.
